Discipline, organization and team work are things that she learned from her Professional Volleyball experience which helps in her current position. Yeimily accepted the challenge of being the manager of Benitez Aviation Flying School because she wants to continue her career path.
For BAFS she is a key element because of her focus on excellent customer service. “Excellent customer service means not only satisfying each person’s needs but going beyond by providing everything you expect and more.”, explains Yeimily Mojica on a recent interview. People that meet Mojica agree that her personality and her qualities will give every student a great learning experience, encouraging them to continue in the aviation career.
